If you're looking for something out of the box to try close to our apartments in Redmond, WA, and pride yourself on your accuracy, then how about axe throwing? Anyone can learn this fun sport! Pacific Axes offers axe throwing nights for individuals, couples, and groups.

How Axe Throwing Works

You throw a small axe at a target. The lanes are properly separated so there's no danger of stray axes hitting anyone. Pacific Axes has a variety of axes as well as hatchets and ninja throwing stars that you can try. Staff will give instruction and tips and you can choose the right equipment for you. Even if you've never done anything like this before. You can practice on your own, play a variety of games and challenges, or compete against your friends.

Sessions last one hour for individuals and two hours for groups, or you can book the entire venue for a private party. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There will be a safety orientation before you can enter the arena.

Is There Food and Drink at the Venue?

Pacific Axes has no kitchen, but allows people to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. You can buy beer and soft drinks on site (the Axe Masters make sure nobody is too intoxicated to throw.)

The venue is located on 80th Street NE with plenty of good restaurants nearby so you can make a night of it.

What Else Should You Know?

The venue is closed on Mondays and is open weekdays from 4:30pm to 10:30pm and weekends from 10am to 10:30pm.

The venue asks that you wear sensible clothing and avoid high heels, open toed shoes, skirts, or any clothes with flappy parts. This is for safety reasons. You can book online or over-the-phone, but they also take walk-ins if there is space available.
