FLO Japanese Restaurant 

With traditional sushi dinners and a fully stocked sake bar, it's no wonder that FLO is a local favorite. It is Bellevue's most fashionable Japanese restaurant, and its romantic atmosphere is perfect for date night. The chefs make sushi using traditional methods and the finest ingredients. Rolls include asparagus shrimp, jalapeno hamachi, and avocado unagi. 

Sushi Land 

Also called Marinepolis, Sushi Land is known for its quality, authenticity, and affordability. It originated in Okayama, Japan in 1976, The chefs used fresh fish and secret family recipes, and soon the restaurant expanded along the country's west coast. Today, Redmond is home to one of the few locations outside of Japan. Guests enjoy friendly service, and the sushi belt is always full of delicious options. Rolls include cucumber, salmon skin, and pickled radish. 

Kiwami Sushi Bar & Sake House

Nestled in nearby Kirkland, the Kiwami Sushi Bar has many regular diners. The chefs have fifty years of combined experience, and they use their expert techniques to provide a memorable evening. The staff also features a sake sommelier who helps guests select the perfect food and beverage pairing. Classic rolls include Alaskan, Philadelphia, and California. Don't miss happy hour Tuesday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. It offers specials on sake, appetizers, and select sushi rolls.
