When friends Paolo and Donnie decided to open a restaurant, The Chicken Supply opened its doors. They serve some of the tastiest chicken in Seattle and boast that the "food is rooted in the taste and culture of the Filipino dining experience." The chicken can be enjoyed with sides such as crispy potatoes, coconut collard greens, and marinated vegetables.

The Independent Pizzeria

A small family-owned shop, The Independent Pizzeria was founded with the idea of offering delicious food in a cozy space. Co-owner Tom Siegel learned how to make pizza and dough in his home kitchen. He dreamed of opening his own eatery after traveling throughout Europe. Enjoy the State Fair pizza. It comes topped with mozzarella, sausage, pecorino, and green peppers. Place a takeout order by phone, online, or in person. The Independent Pizzeria is open Thursday through Sunday between 3:00 pm. and 8:00 p.m. or until sold out.
