Fran's Chocolates 

Offering a feast for the senses, Fran's provides an experience that's not soon forgotten. Fran Bigelow became inspired to open the shop after a trip to Paris. She's among the nation's best chocolatiers and was credited with sparking the country's artisan chocolate renaissance. Fran's textures and flavors layer themselves on top of one another, creating bold treats you won't find anywhere else. The selection includes truffles, dark chocolate almonds, and award-winning hot chocolate.  

Intrigue Chocolate Co.

Intrigue celebrates diversity and offers tasting experiences that encourage discovery. Aaron Barthel went from farmer to brewer to chocolate maker. He handcrafts the treats in small batches, and each piece tells its own story. Some of the truffle flavors sell out quickly, and customers never know what they're going to find. Choices may include Earl Gray, Utah sea salt, and lavender lemonade.
