One of the most popular class offerings includes Steam Your Own Xiao Long Bao. Xiao long boas are Chinese dumplings, and each bite is full of juicy soup from melted gelatin. Students learn how to roll, fill, and wrap the dumplings, and prepare a savory dipping sauce.

At Sizzleworks, students learn proper cooking techniques and the science behind why they work. The school features a state-of-the-art kitchen, and it was designed to be as inviting as it is invigorating. 

The instructors are highly trained chefs who are passionate about teaching. One of their offerings includes How to Boil Water. This four-week series includes learning how to make easy sauces, hearty soups, Sicilian chicken, and so much more. 

Blue Ribbon Cooking

Blue Ribbon has been the center of Seattle's food and entertainment scene since 1995. Its mission is to bring friends and families back to the dining table to enjoy homemade meals. The instructors embrace the farm to table philosophy and are known for offering exciting experiences. 

The hands-on classes include a full dinner complete with wine and other beverages. They rotate, and one of the current offerings include Blue Ribbon Autumn Favorites. Students prepare a seasonal salad, sweet potato gnocchi, and blackberry cobbler among other dishes.
