PCC believes that big flavors are made in small batches. It carries local, independent brands including the Pure Eire Dairy. Found in Othello, Washington, the dairy produces the store's exclusive line of grass-fed yogurt. Owners Richard and Jill Smith produce milk the old-fashioned way. They use it to make an ultra-thick, creamy yogurt, with flavors including peach, strawberry, and vanilla. 

Meat & Seafood

In the Meat & Seafood department, the butchers don't believe in pre-cuts or shortcuts. They enjoy talking shop and offer tips on preparing, freezing, and selecting the right cut. All of the animals were humanely raised, while the seafood has been declared sustainable by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program. The varied selection includes shellfish, grass-fed beef, and Umpqua Valley lamb. 

Deli 

At the deli, the only things not made from scratch are the napkins. The chefs prepare delectable entrees and sides from the finest, freshest ingredients. They use their own recipes, and the dishes are perfect for shoppers on the go. The seasonally rotating menu features everything from hearty soups to slow-roasted rotisserie meats.
