When Peter Hastings and his wife decided to add flavor to their antique store, they started serving sandwiches at lunchtime. That's how the Potbelly Sandwich Shop was born. It quickly became popular, and the couple switched their focus to food. The restaurant now has locations across the country, and each features an antique potbelly stove. In the kitchen, the chefs start their day early. They chop the vegetables, slice the cheese, and place the cookies in the oven. Enjoy the grilled cheese sandwich with a side of barbecue chips and chocolate topped shake. 

Latona

Called the best neighborhood restaurant in Seattle, Latona serves pub food with a twist. Nothing is ever fried, and the menu features something for every palate.
