Chef Melissa Miranda founded the restaurant in 2016 as a series of brunch and dinner experiences. Growing up, she spent time with her father in the kitchen. Inspired by those memories, she offers a setting that's comfortable and familiar, just like home. Dishes include pancit canton, garlic fried rice, and short rib kare kare. Jeepney

Featuring some of Seattle's tastiest Filipino fare, Jeepney has been a local favorite since 2018. It's home to the city's first Filipino-style American comfort food walk-up window. Owners Pamela and Michelle were inspired by their mom's cooking - American favorites made with the flavors of her homeland. Menu offerings include steak tapa rice bowls and sandwiches like pulled pork adobo and grilled paneer cheese. You can text in your order Monday through Saturday.
