Nestled in the heart of Redmond, Sattva offers the most classes in the area. Both heated and non-heated options are held daily in a variety of styles. The certified instructors provide a fun, relaxed atmosphere, and students can progress at their own pace. There are several classes, including Yoga Basics. This session is for beginners and those needing to refine their skills. It teaches proper alignment, transitions, and proper techniques in a non-heated studio. 

Hot Yoga Experience 

After years of competitive sports, Danielle searched for something that would help heal her injuries. She discovered hot yoga. Danielle soon earned certification and decided to share her passion by opening Hot Yoga Experience. The studio was designed with tranquility in mind, and it's the area's only yoga destination specializing in Far Infrared Sauna Therapy sessions. They're an alternative to hot yoga, and appointments are required.

The regular classes offer daily drop-in sessions for yogis of all abilities. Choices include Hatha, Power Vinyasa, and HYE Renew.

Aham Yoga 

Aham boasts that it's your one-stop shop for all things yoga. It's known for offering classes that are dynamic and engaging. While every session is different, they all focus on strength, precision, and mindfulness. The instructors provide individual attention and a casual atmosphere where strangers become friends. Both private and group sessions are available seven days a week. Options include Beginner, All Levels, and Level 2/3.
