By the time he was fifteen, he knew that his mission was to inspire others from his teaching. The adult program focuses on both fitness martial arts techniques. Students move through the ranks at their own pace, and each level brings its own set of challenges.

They have thirty years of teaching experience and offer a fun, demanding setting that stimulates students to achieve their goals.
